yesterday , suddenly i feel like
i wanna cook macaroni with tomato sauce ,
& i did it , it was a successful ,
my family & brothers friend liked it so much ...
a l h a m d u l i l l a h , its yummy ^o^ "
let see ... how did i make it ...
* first of all , boil the macaroni ...
here's the ingredient that i used "
macaroni
two onion
" 2 bawang merah "
tomato " trow the tomato essence "
to make sure your dish is not too sour
1 can of button mushroom
" 1 tin cendawan butang "
chicken balls
" bebola ayam "
Prego spaghetti tomato sauce
blended chili
" cili giling "
next .....
minced time ...
i sliced just the way i want
ready to cook ^^ "
1. add a bit oil to fry the onion ,
2. add 1spoon of blended chili & make sure its cooked
" or not your dish will be too spicy "
3. add the mushroom and fish ball
4. add the macaroni , mix them all together...
until the color of the chili is balance
5. add the prego spaghetti tomato sauce ,
along with the sliced tomato..
and mix them again ...
* i like to add chili sauce
to balance the sweet & the sour taste of it
" doesn't matter what brand is it "
* don't forget the seasoning
- salt
- secukup rasa " i don't like to use ajinomoto "
and your done " ~
serve it ...
i serve it in the magic saver ..
to make sure its still warm "
* bought the magic saver at Cosway
it was imported from Korea "
