i've been friends with them since 2007,

but i'm closer to them at 2008..
there's a lot of things happened before i get close to this two...

ever since i sit close to them.
i get to know them..
this two really showed me a lot..
they safe me from misery ..

we always joined almost all activities together at school..

waaa as i remember we've been through a lot together..
we even get picture in the news paper twice together"

even though i'm hurt sometimes..
but in every relationship there must be good & bad"
well... its human nature "

i'll never forget our precious memory ..
i know even though we are busy now..
we still remember each other...
its okay ...

one day when we all success ..
we can hang out as much as we can...

i know u guys r working now..
soon u guys will start study..
& i'm study...

we're meeting new people and friends..
but i believe friendship is always there..

she is very pretty and beautiful..

she will hug Nora or me and laugh loudly ..
i shared almost everything with her..

our family is close ^^ "
she is very humble , cute and lovely ..
she has her own charm..
that's why people around loves her..

i've been making a lot of research about 
the benefits fruit & some food"
but this time what i wanna share is not that ,
i want to share you guys about "BLOOD TYPE"

do you guys know what type of blood are you guys are?
To me, i think it is important for us to know our own blood type,
why ? 
because by knowing our blood type,
we can know what food bring goods or harm to us...

My blood type is " O "
and i found out some of the food that brings harm to my health 
is the food that i disliked " funny 
thank god " alhamdulillah " i disliked the food
but sadly there are foods that i liked and i must prevent from eating eat .. 
and the food was " Cabbage " 
oh no... i <3 cabbage a lot ...

Nutrition & Exercise Tips for Type O Individuals

Blood type O is the oldest blood type in the world.

  • Hardiest digestive systems
  • Meat-eaters, need animal protein for good health
  • Cannot digest wheat products containing gluten very well
  • Digestive systems contain a lot of stomach acid
  • Low thyroid and sluggish metabolisms
  • Feel good after vigorous workouts
People with Blood Type O have the hardiest digestive systems. They are the meat-eaters. Persons with Blood Type O need animal protein for good health, as well as vegetables and fruits. However, carbohydrates should be kept to a minimum, since the Blood Type O person cannot digest carbohydrates very well, especially wheat products containing gluten.
Type O Individual will do well on a high animal protein, low carbohydrate diet; and, dairy products should be kept to a minimum. 

Persons with Blood Type O produce a lot of hydrochloric acid in their stomachs, and it is this great abundance of stomach acid that allows them to digest animal protein favorably. And, because their digestive systems already contain a lot of stomach acid, they should avoid drinking coffee, since coffee will cause them to produce even more stomach acid, and this tends to make them prone to peptic ulcers, especially if they are constantly under a great deal of stress. They should drink more green tea, instead of coffee.

Persons with Blood Type O tend to have low thyroid and sluggish metabolisms; therefore, they should supplement their diets with sea kelp and seafood to obtain natural iodine to stimulate their thyroids. 

The best exercises for these persons are the vigorous workouts like jogging, power walking, aerobics, weight training, etc. The harder they exercise, the better they will feel. Get the heart rate going, and sweat up a storm to burn calories, alleviate stress and eliminate depression!

O individuals are athletes. They have more physical strength, and needs exercise to release stress, worries, fears and anxieties. recently ...
I've been watching this program " How do i Look
this program was about people to change their life...
to a better life.. to make things right ...

there's this woman ...
she was getting married.
but the problem is, she had a problem of finding her self.
she is a very beautiful woman,

the problem is , she is hiding behind skull makeup half of her face..
she was all in black like Gothic style.
she even go the job interview like that..
and no doubt she was rejected many times..
every time she walks around , people get scared watching her.

but what imma wanna tell ya..
something sweet about it that..
her fiance ..
i really touch watching the program this time..
because even though she was like that..
her fiance love her so much and he wants to marry her.

she entered the program because she realized that she wants to be
the best for her fiance.
at first she wants to marry with the makeup skull face and 
wearing black dress, which her fiance wants to see her in white.

he accepted her as she is ..
he does not care about how she looks 
he just love her..

i've been dreaming of a guy would love me as like that..
guys these days only want the beauty in the outside of a girl.
sometimes they said , they do not like girls who is beautiful but..

the inside of her is ugly ..
but, still even if they said like that ..
they still wanna pretty girl..
i think something is very sincere & sweet is when ..

a guy loves the girl because of her but not because of her face 
the of her in the outside..
all they care is the girl must be pretty ..
i think many girls feels the same as me..
i'm not a perfect girl,

but i would respect the guy who loves me because of me.
trust me i do not care about the face or skin color or what ever about a guy..
all i care is how much he loves me as me & not because of beauty..
if you ask me,

when i saw a good looking guy ,
the first impression that i give is ..
" hump ! a guy like you only looks at pretty girl"
i never fall for any guy like that ..
because a guy like that is a jerk.

that's why the person who manage to impress me..
he never tried to be nice in front of me ..
but weirdly i fall for him.. 
i don't know..
don't really like to talk a bout love ..
